Parishioners may reserve a meeting/event space by using the Facility Use Request form here.
There is no charge for school or parish-sponsored events.
For non-school/parish sponsored events, a rental fee may apply.
Please Note: No meetings/events will take place in the education center or church during scheduled Masses, in either building during the month of July, or in the education center during school or religious education classes.
Church
There are four meeting spaces available in the basement of the church building. All conference rooms have large white boards and will accommodate most audio/visual needs:
North Pod, South Pod, Preschool Pod– these open areas are large enough to accommodate 15 to 25 people based on the location.
Library– can accommodate 25-30 people seated at tables.
Our gym is used for sporting practices and games, as well as various school and parish events. It is not available for rent during volleyball and basketball seasons (August through early March).
Non-Parishioners may rent space in our conference rooms and/or Father Porter Hall based upon availability, completion of the rental agreement (covering deposit, fees, use guidelines & limitations and clean up responsibilities) and approval of the Parish Administrator.
