Our Heart to Heart initiative’s goal is to ignite a deeper love for Jesus and each other by committing to a rule of life inspired by the 5 stones of Medjugorje AND enthroning the Sacred Heart of Jesus in our homes.
Welcoming Jesus into your home as King, Savior, and Friend, through the enthronement of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, is a conscious decision to place Jesus at the center of your lives and home. The Enthronement is a way of life. It means that Christ is King of our hearts, and that we desire Him to be present with us always. By the Enthronement, we signify our desire to make our hearts and our homes holy, to sanctify our lives in every aspect.
Guided by the Immaculate Heart of Mary & the Sacred Heart of Jesus seek for our heart, our homes and community to be transformed.
The 5 stones are a framework for a rule of life that aids in the daily and moment to moment journey to seeking holiness.As we seek to dive into the depths of an eternal dialogue between the Immaculate Heart and the Sacred Heart, may our hearts be transformed to be like Our Lord's and Our Lady's.

This Advent, our parish launched Heart to Heart, an initiative to ignite a deeper love for Jesus and each other by committing to a rule of life inspired by the 5 stones of Medjugorje. This is to chart the course over this liturgical year to seek holiness through a commitment to a rule of life and entrusting our homes to Enthronement's to the Sacred Heart. Together, we’ll prepare the way of the Lord in our hearts so we can radiate His Sacred Heart to every soul we encounter.For Jesus to be King of the Universe FOR ME, he must first be King of my heart.
5 Stones: A Rule of Life from our Blessed Mother's Heart
What are the 5 Stones:- Sunday Mass and Holy Days
- Daily meditation on scripture
- Daily Rosary
- Monthly confession
- Fasting or some form of penance
Devotion to and Promises of the Sacred Heart
The Essential Elements of Devotion to the Sacred Heart include:- Worship of Jesus as the Sacred Heart
- Belief in the merciful love of Jesus
- Reparation for offenses against Jesus, particularly on First Friday
- Special love and reverence for the Blessed Sacrament.
Requests of the Sacred Heart to St. Margaret Mary:- Acknowledge Jesus as your King
- Place an image of the Sacred Heart in your place of dwelling
- Consecrate your hearts to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
- Make reparation to Jesus for indifference and hostility to Him
- Live a life of love and confidence in Him
- Share this devotion with others
- Increase devotion to the Holy Eucharist
- Attend Mass on the First Friday of the month
The Promises of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to St. Margaret Mary- I will give them all the graces necessary in their state of life.
- I will establish peace in their homes.
- I will comfort them in all their afflictions.
- I will be their secure refuge during life, and above all, in death.
- I will bestow abundant blessings upon all their undertakings.
- Sinners will find in my Heart the source and infinite ocean of mercy.
- Lukewarm souls shall become fervent.
- Fervent souls shall quickly mount to high perfection.
- I will bless every place in which an image of my Heart is exposed and honored.
- I will give to priests the gift of touching the most hardened hearts.
- Those who shall promote this devotion shall have their names written in my Heart.
- I promise you in the excessive mercy of my Heart that my all-powerful love will grant to all those who receive Holy Communion on the First Fridays in nine consecutive months the grace of final perseverance; they shall not die in my disgrace, nor without receiving their sacraments. My divine Heart shall be their safe refuge in this last moment.
