O Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of Heaven and Earth, and Help of Christians, I consecrate our state and its capitol and myself, as your beloved child, to Jesus through you, and seek your protection from the assaults of the enemy of God. 

Protect me, by your intercession, from the power of darkness and evil which are the only fruits that can come forth from acts of sacrilege and blasphemy. 

I pledge to offer you my penances and sacrifices of this present time, to be placed by you at the foot of the Cross, where you stood in unrequited sorrow yet complete trust, and where Jesus placed all of humanity into your maternal care. 

I am yours, O Immaculate Heart of Mary! 

Therefore, receive me, and all who are dear to me, and all who are in need of the mercy of God, in this my act of consecration, as I invoke your most powerful assistance:
