I was skeptical about a guy’s weekend retreat. I thought that was only for girls and kids. Man, was I wrong! What a great spiritual and fellowship experience. I can't recommend attending a CRHP renewal weekend highly enough. Do it for yourself. Do it for your family.
"CRHP?" I always thought to myself, "I don't need to do that, I go to church every Sunday. Besides, who has the time?" Well, I'm glad I finally made the time. I needed it much more than I ever knew. I got far more from it than I ever could've imagined. Spiritual acuity - the killer app.
I have always attended church and checked the box on my spiritual life. I now am realizing what I have been missing in my faith life. CRHP has opened the door for me. The transformation for me has been such a blessing in my life. CRHP is a wonderful gift for yourself and for your family.
I had been coasting in my faith journey for years--never losing the faith but also failing to completely embrace it. As a new parishioner at St. Michael's, I decided to attend CRHP to add a Godly spark to my life and meet some like-minded men. CRHP offered both in spades; my resolve to embrace my Catholic faith was fully renewed, and I took that journey with a team of like-minded, welcoming, and friendly men who are now truly my brothers in Christ. CRHP has helped me improve my relationship with God and become a better husband, father, and member of the community.
