Lectio Divina (Divine Reading) is meditative prayer with scripture, dating back to the the early centuries.


Lectio Divina Steps:
1) Read scripture.
2) Reflect upon on what you read.
3) Respond and Resolve to the scripture. What is God telling you through the scripture? What will you do today as a result?
