The Lower Narthex Art Gallery is located on the basement level of the church. From the main vestibule (narthex) take the stairs or elevator down to Level 1 and you are there! The art in the gallery is mostly original and therefore "of our time." It ranges in style from traditional devotional art to modern abstract art and everything in between. We are gradually acquiring a small permanent collection of sacred art that will be exhibited in rotation with works both sacred and profane (belonging "outside the temple") by parish, local, regional and even nationally-known artists. In August 2020, we premiered the first work in our permanent collection, The Great Commission by Chinese artist He Qi. Learn more HERE.
